You do not have to configure it alone.
If your installation requires using the Davicom CORTEX's full complement of powerful functionalities, and if you simply don't have enough time to set up and configure your system, why not ask for extra help from us or from our experienced integration/installation partners?
We work with a network of qualified partners who have been using and installing our products for years. In addition, our in-house technical support staff are also available to help out with your larger projects.

What it covers
From a first drawing to a support contract.

Configuration help
You keep the work in-house and our staff steps in where it counts, on the parts that take the longest to learn.
Full pre-configuration
Your units arrive configured for your site. Davicom does the whole configuration, before shipping.
Connection diagrams
The wiring documented site by site, so whoever is on the tower knows what lands on which terminal.
Remote assistance
Personalised help at a distance, during the deployment and after it.
Ongoing support contract
The same people stay with the system once it runs, on an agreement that matches how much you want to keep in-house.
